What is your playtime? (shown when you execute the /trust score syntax)

I currently have a playtime of 11 Days 6 Hours and 4 Minutes

Why do you want to become a JRP Staff Member?

I really enjoy the server, and have been here for awhile. I feel like I have been an asset to LEO, BCSO and other sub- departments in assisting with training, and making sure that everyone is getting the most out of their roleplay experience, I have put in the work to climb the ladder to Lieutenant. I think that I would be a great addition to the Staff as I want to do the best to make the server continue to succeed! I feel like my next step in JRP would be to get more actively involved with civilians too, I think that a staff role would allow me to do this. I have also recently received my verified civilian.

Do you have any previous staff experience in other cities?

I do not, When I first downloaded five M I tried a few servers I did not like at all, when I came to JRP I felt very welcomed by the staff and others. I have since grown in my roleplaying experience and from all the help in server, it has created a loyalty from me that JRP will continue to have.

What makes you a viable candidate to be an addition to our staff team?

I have been in a role of leadership in the LEO department for over 3 Months now, I will take on all challenges thrown in front of me and constantly do my best to complete tasks assigned. I think there are more than a few staff members that know me, I am good at taking on highly tense situation and assisting in explaining things as to why there are specific rules and why it is important to follow them and help everyone get the best out of their roleplay experience.

How would you bring positive change to our staff team?

I come from Management IRL and the best way to keep a team positive is to complain up never down, I do hear some staff members complaining about higher ups for their peers, and that is one thing I think needs to stop. I actively roleplay and I want new people to the server to see that Staff can also do passive Roleplaying.

Do you have any current staff members endorsement to filling out this application?

While I could reach out, and possible get a more than a few endorsements, there are two people that I speak with regularly who have offered to endorse me, 2K-02 | Ssg Bill M. & 1S-01 | Ismet K. Please advise me if you would like additional references

In your own words, list three of your greatest strengths, followed by your three greatest personality weaknesses.

Three of my greatest strengths:

My ability to de-escalate high tense situations.

I am great at explain things, and teaching correct ways things are done.

If I am wrong about something I will be the first person to admit it.

Greatest personality weaknesses.
I get a little frustrated when multiple people are yelling all at once ( I am learning to deal with this)
I am a military veteran and a stickler for the rules, when I see them being broken I will break character just to interject in the situation ( I am learning to step back when it doesn't involve me)
when I am hyper focused on things I tune everyone out and it can come off a little Rude

Tell us about yourself:
I am an old veteran, who is a construction project Manager IRL. I have already raised Kids and I enjoy sports, fishing, hunting, coaching multiple sports and taking my quads out to the dunes, during the work week and on weekends I like to game and JRP has been a great outlet to alleviate some of my day to day stress.

Tell us about a time you had to be a leader that made you unpopular:
I think the one thing that always makes me a little unpopular is when I tell people overtime is mandatory LOL. I am also the one others call when someone needs to be written up, or disciplined, so people know if you get called into my office it is never a good time. I try my best to ensure not everyone hates me but when there are rules, everyone needs to follow them, including management.

Describe your leadership style:
Honestly I am laid back and I approach everything open minded, I like to make as many situations a coachable moment. I treat everyone the same no one is different from the other. I am approachable because people know that I will listen and give them an opportunity.

Please read about Servant Leadership (click me) and tell us about a few key takeaway theories and practices that resonate with you:

To be honest there are a few words in there I had to google, the most important thing i am seeing, is that the role of leadership is to serve a group as a whole it is not all about yourself. I feel that leadership is a team effort to make everyone around them thrive as much as possible.
