Suggestion - Possible replacement for Sandy Shores and Grapeseed PD

So, recently we've had Sandy Shore's PD closed a lot, leaving only Paleto and Grapeseed open, and no offence but Grapeseed isn't much of a PD other than just existing as a few cells and a tiny parking lot. We have a lot of stuff going on in Sandy Shores however, the Taxi location, the MC On Marina Drive, the oversized airfield, and the yellowjack. It all takes a bit of a toll, my suggestion is we get a PD that is larger than what we have now but it's on the side of Route 13 where we have the national guard base that wasn't used often before and isn't used now. This PD Is interchangeable to accommodate needs, window blinds are toggleable, rooms can be changed out as needed. It has a large parking lot sufficient for meetings and housing lots of vehicles, the interior has several rooms which would help DGTF/MCD with investigations, briefing rooms, a mechanics office, a cell block, and a heli pad. And it's out of the way of the hub that is Sandy Shores. This Station although a bit of money would be a better choice and then we could potentially remove Sandy PD and Grapeseed PD as this is more central and larger than the two. This would also get people out of Sandy Shores.

This Developer is a little newer but it would be nice to have a bigger and better station and would provide a nice change of pace from the Sandy PD that we have now. Any input is appreciated in the replies below

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, MLOs based on ymaps like this one add an excessive amount of lag to the server. We will keep looking.
